Abundant Wellness Center

Abundant Wellness Center is a full service behavioral health care clinic comprised of compassionate and experienced professionals.  It is our belief that each individual knows what is in their best interest although at times it may elude them.  Our goal is to help each client discover the answers that lie within.



Founder, Executive Director, Clinical Supervisor, & Certified EMDR Counselor and EMDR Consultant in Training (CIT)

Eve primarily utilizes EMDR- a life-changing treatment for clients struggling with traumatic memories, reactivity and anxiety – and typically uses the EMDR Therapy model to organize her individual therapeutic approach.  Eve specializes in working with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, substance and behavioral addictions,  as well as stress due to situational, environmental, or phase of life changes.  In addition to EMDR , Eve utilizes Mindfulness techniques, Heart - Centered Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ego State Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy to empower clients and guide them on their path towards wellness.


In her personal time, Eve is an active mother, yogi, organic gardener, artist, and human companion to two dogs, two cats, and a pond full of fish.


Jenna is experienced in working with clients from a wide range of ages and backgrounds with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, and substance use.  She also enjoyed working with the LGBTQ+ community in her previous work. She utilizes a wide range of counseling techniques and theories, including Relational-Cultural Theory, Person-Centered, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.  She looks forward to working with others to assist them in using their strengths to overcome obstacles and helping them achieve their highest potential and happiness.

In her personal time, Jenna enjoys hiking and exploring great food with her husband, spending time with her Basset Hound, reading and drinking coffee.



For the last four years, George has worked as a group facilitator with individuals in suicidal and homicidal crisis.  George has also worked with traditional and non-traditional college students as they transition to new phases of their lives; a large cross-section of his clientele were people of color, the LGBTQ community, and from the eastern cultures.  George has 10 years prior military service and served in Operation Desert Storm allowing him insight into the unique needs and dynamics of military members and their families.  George has a heart for individuals and families managing the effects of trauma, loss, and co-occurring disorders in their lives.  George works with individuals of all ages from a positive psychology aspect encouraging a strengths based approach.  George is versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gestalt techniques.

George has been married 22 years and has seven children, 10 grandchildren, a grand-puppy, and three fur-babies.  When not active in his church, George enjoys camping, target practice, gardening, and the arts.

EMDR Counselor

Keryn works from a trauma-focused perspective using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and other mindfulness modalities such as Heartmath and tapping to help clients overcome emotional difficulties. Keryn believes that by processing traumas from the past one can heal and overcome most obstacles in order to live the life of their dreams. Keryn enjoys working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

In her spare time Keryn enjoys spending time with her teenage son, hanging out with friends, hiking in the forest, and listening to music.


SUD Program Manager & Counselor

Michelle has worked in the social work field for over 20 years and has worked as a substance abuse counselor since 2002.  She believes in the power of recovery and change for her client’s.  Michelle works with clients and their families to help them understand the impact of addiction and the positive changes that can be incorporated throughout the family to help people recover.  Michelle also believes it is important to educate family members on the prevalence of addiction and how living in a chaotic environment will feed into using unhealthy coping skills to survive or function. 

In her personal time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her 9 grandchildren.  She has quite the herd of companion animals and also likes to read, garden, and decorate. 



Case Manager & CBRS Provider
Jennifer has been working as an LSW since 2015. She works with multiple populations and all ages.  Jennifer encourages others to change through the development of social, communication, and interpersonal skills. Jennifer teaches her clients how to become their own personal advocates. She links clients to needed resources and services so they can be independent and prosperous in their own lives. Jennifer is non-judgmental, supportive, and compassionate in her approach to empowering others. 

When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys a small, quiet home in the forest where she gardens and spends time with family. She is an avid outdoors woman and enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, rafting, harvesting plants and berries, and traveling. She has two small children and two big dogs! 



Billing Specialist & Administrator

Tracy Vance has been an administrator and billing specialist for over twenty years.  She is committed to serving Abundant Wellness Center clients with the utmost precision, respect and compassion. 

When she is not busy at her computer processing claims, you can find her with her hands in the dirt, accompanied by her canine babies or at the waterfall composing haiku.
