Abundant Wellness Center is a full service behavioral health care clinic comprised of compassionate and experienced professionals.  It is our belief that each individual knows what is in their best interest although at times it may elude them.  Our goal is to help each client discover the answers that lie within.



Founder, Executive Director, Clinical Supervisor, & Certified EMDR Counselor and EMDR Consultant in Training (CIT)

Eve primarily utilizes EMDR- a life-changing treatment for clients struggling with traumatic memories, reactivity and anxiety – and typically uses the EMDR Therapy model to organize her individual therapeutic approach.  Eve specializes in working with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, substance and behavioral addictions,  as well as stress due to situational, environmental, or phase of life changes.  In addition to EMDR , Eve utilizes Mindfulness techniques, Heart - Centered Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Ego State Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy to empower clients and guide them on their path towards wellness.


In her personal time, Eve is an active mother, yogi, organic gardener, artist, and human companion to two dogs, two cats, and a pond full of fish.


 Jenny enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults in various aspects of treatment needs: depression, anxiety, behavioral issues and trauma.  She is trained in and uses evidenced based modalities: TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy), and MI (Motivational Interviewing) ,  CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy).  

Jenny believes the client has it within himself or herself, using their strengths and learned skills to build a brighter and healthier future. Jenny believes helping a client to gain insight into their lived trauma experiences and process their thoughts and feelings, will help the client to heal and move forward.

Jenny enjoys being a wife and mom.  During her free time she enjoys family time, friends, knitting, quilting, reading and overall being creative.


EMDR Counselor

Ashely sees the world through the prism of existentialism and believes that though none of us share the same story, we all wrestle with similar emotions. She seeks to always be non-judgmental and support clients as they confront their personal challenges. Ashely believes that change can only come through awareness and realism. She employs techniques from mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy, and believes strongly in structured problem solving. Ashely enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults who are confronting anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

When not in her role as a counselor, Ashely enjoys being a mother, wife, and friend. Her favorite activities include reading, bike riding, drinking coffee, and eating amazing food.




Ellyn provides treatment from a collaborative, strengths based perspective and believes in empowering clients to live meaningful lives.

Ellyn has experience working with a wide range of ages, populations and issues including; individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, survivors of trauma, children, parenting support and families involved in the legal and/or foster system. She has specific training in attachment theory, suicide prevention/intervention, Child Centered Play Therapy, The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, and Trauma Informed Care . She also comes to us with over 21 years of childcare/early childhood development experience.

When she is not in the office, Ellyn enjoys hiking, fishing, art and spending time with her cocker spaniel puppy, Indiana Jones.

EMDR Counselor

Keryn works from a trauma-focused perspective using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and other mindfulness modalities such as Heartmath and tapping to help clients overcome emotional difficulties. Keryn believes that by processing traumas from the past one can heal and overcome most obstacles in order to live the life of their dreams. Keryn enjoys working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

In her spare time Keryn enjoys spending time with her teenage son, hanging out with friends, hiking in the forest, and listening to music.


SUD Program Manager & Counselor

Michelle has worked in the social work field for over 20 years and has worked as a substance abuse counselor since 2002.  She believes in the power of recovery and change for her client’s.  Michelle works with clients and their families to help them understand the impact of addiction and the positive changes that can be incorporated throughout the family to help people recover.  Michelle also believes it is important to educate family members on the prevalence of addiction and how living in a chaotic environment will feed into using unhealthy coping skills to survive or function. 

In her personal time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her 9 grandchildren.  She has quite the herd of companion animals and also likes to read, garden, and decorate. 



Case Manager & CBRS Provider
Jennifer has been working as an LSW since 2015. She works with multiple populations and all ages.  Jennifer encourages others to change through the development of social, communication, and interpersonal skills. Jennifer teaches her clients how to become their own personal advocates. She links clients to needed resources and services so they can be independent and prosperous in their own lives. Jennifer is non-judgmental, supportive, and compassionate in her approach to empowering others. 

When she is not working, Jennifer enjoys a small, quiet home in the forest where she gardens and spends time with family. She is an avid outdoors woman and enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, rafting, harvesting plants and berries, and traveling. She has two small children and two big dogs! 



Billing Specialist & Administrator

Tracy Vance has been an administrator and billing specialist for over twenty years.  She is committed to serving Abundant Wellness Center clients with the utmost precision, respect and compassion. 

When she is not busy at her computer processing claims, you can find her with her hands in the dirt, accompanied by her canine babies or at the waterfall composing haiku.
